Here are some answers.

Yes, provided authorisation has been given by you and the person has a copy of your order when collecting the goods.
This person can then sign the collection paperwork on your behalf.

The hirer is responsible at all times and for the security of equipment whilst on hire.
The hirer is the person or entity as shown on the signed hire contract.
If damages or loss occurs, the costs to repair or replace the damaged/lost items will be charged to the hirer.

We understand that last-minute changes can occur. If you need additional equipment on the day of your event, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards and cash (correct amounts are required as we do not hold change on site).
